Click to enlarge Foran's 1,529 hectare Sam Project is located in northeastern Saskatchewan, 12 kilometres west of Flin Flon and 55 kilometres northeast of the Company's 100% owned McIlvenna Bay Project. Foran holds a 100% interest in the Sam Project, with a 6% NPI and a 2% NSR on production. Teck Resources holds a sliding-scale back-in right on the property.

Historic exploration has identified shear-zone hosted Au potential, in addition to limited VMS-type copper mineralization.

In 2010-2011, Foran engaged Equity Exploration Consultants for the review and compilation of historic data on Sam and several other Foran properties.
